Let's Celebrate SADDE!
We are excited to announce that SADDE will kick off the conference with a procession around the Greensboro, NC downtown area! ALL are invited to come and celebrate the 1st year of "SUAH African Drum & Dance Exchange!"

Time to light up the dance floor!
Come and experience the true art of traditional African drumming, dance, and culture, by taking classes (from places like Guinea, Congo, Ivory Coast, Mali, etc.) through out the day.
Also, why not start your day out with peaceful calming meditation, while still getting a great work-out. With SADDE, now you can, by attending one of the morning Yoga classes. SADDE wants to see you there so...

WELLNESS DRUM & DANCE CLASS!
It's good for the body, mind, and soul!
This class will be targeted toward those who would like to try African drumming and/or dance who may not have tried it before, may have some physical or mental hesitations, or just wants to move at a slower pace. The class will also focus on the physical/mental benefits of being active and musical therapy.

FREE HEALTH & WELLNESS BREAK-OUT SESSIONS!
You can check on your health today!
It's so important for our community to be aware of their health, but there are not always places that are accessible for people to check on their physical and/or mental well-being. In this conference/exchange, SADDE will have a FREE health fair (blood pressure checks, massages, doulas, chiropractor, mental health, etc.) as well as break-out sessions (dealing with heart disease, etc.) for all who would like to participate.
